After three weekends on the road, Wanderers return home on Saturday and play host to Acle United in what will be the first meeting between the two sides since that epic Mummery Cup Final in May.
Selfy and Tommo will be hoping we can take our recent away form into the triple header of home fixtures over the coming weeks. It has been pleasing to see that our new players are starting to settle into the team and it's clear to see that their hard work is paying off as they adapt to our philosophy. Jam has started to get the goals that his performances have deserved and Chaz, Simmo and Hayden have all impressed in recent weeks.
We go into tomorrow's game 10 points better off than we were at this stage last season. There has also been an improvement in terms of goals as we have also scored more and halved the amount of goals conceded.

Team News
One confirmed change from the squad that travelled to St Andrews last weekend as Adam Bennett comes in for Joel Potter. Hayden Gibbons has slotted into our Midfield seamlessly since signing in the summer and is set to line up against his former club for the first time.
Our Opponents
Acle will be disappointed with their start to the new campaign after only picking up 7 points from a possible 27. It is certainly uncharted territory for a club that has won 4 of the last 5 Sterry Cups and from the outside looking in, they look like like a team in transition and are taking a little bit of time to click but we know that they have enough quality to recover and we will have to be at our best to win the game. It is of course worth noting that the prolific Aaron Sanders departed for Great Yarmouth over the summer but new signing Stephen Drake has done well to fill the void so far with 6 goals from 9 games.
