Today we received confirmation that our application to enter The Emirates FA Cup was successful. This is the thanks to achieving a high enough points per game average where we finished 3rd in the Eastern Counties Division 1 North and the fact that we completed all of our required ground upgrades to satisfy Grade G of the FA's Ground Grading regulations.

To qualify for the world's most famous domestic cup competition is a dream come true for many at the club and it has come about far quicker than most could have anticipated. To think that a few years ago we were playing "junior football" and now we'll be playing in the same competition as the likes of Man City and Liverpool is incredible.

A massive thank you is owed to our Chairman Duane James and our small group of volunteers who worked their socks off during the season to ensure the ground was up to standard, and also to our sponsors - both of the club and of the seats - for helping us to pay for the upgrades. And of course Thommo, Selfy and their team of coaches and players whose performances on the pitch gave us this opportunity.

The draw for the Extra Preliminary Round will be made on July 12th with the tie to take place on Saturday August 10th. Keep an eye on our social media accounts for updates!
