Before Saturday's historic FA Cup debut at home to Boston Town we were able to reveal a tribute to Ken Lewis, a pioneer of Mulbarton Wanderers First Team, to his family.

Ken formed the first men's team at the club back in 2001, managing them to success in the Central & South Norfolk League before promotion to the Anglian Combination. He continued to fulfil a number of vital roles for the team, and club, until ill health forced him to take a step back.

Sadly Ken passed away in February, and we were determined to organise a fitting permanent tribute to the man who paved the way for the successes we are now enjoying, therefore it was decided we would name our spectator stand after him so that his name will be forever overseeing the team that he had done so much for.
