Wanderers return to league action on Saturday and we are on our travels once more with a trip to Waveney looking to bounce back from last weekend's Mummery Cup exit.
Captain and Defensive stalwart, Mark Sutcliffe took to Twitter earlier this week to reflect on Saturday's defeat away at Blofield when he posted "Buzzing to get back into training tomorrow night, Saturday's defeat hurts a lot but focus is now very much on the league form and putting another run together. Love the players, love the gaffas, love my club". An attitude which is echoed throughout the squad and we are sure the lads will be raring to go from the first whistle at 2pm tomorrow in what will be an opportunity to gain points on one or both of the current top two as leaders Harleston Town host Norwich CEYMS looking to avenge that 6-1 defeat in the reverse fixture earlier this season.
As the adverse weather has continued throughout the week, there is certain to be a few postponements this weekend (one confirmed already) but our game is the least likely to fall foul of the weather with the option of moving from Saturn Close to Barnards Meadow 3G. Keep an eye on our social media for confirmation when we receive it. All being well it will mark the halfway point of our league campaign and three ever presents remain. Mark Sutcliffe, Liam Brock and Danny Self have started all 14 games so far and are all set to feature once again in Lowestoft.

Following the pattern of their season so far, the goalscoring was shared amongst the team with six different players getting their names on the scoresheet over those two games. They currently sit 8th in the table with 12 games remaining.
