Mulbarton Wanderers and Personal Best Soccer (PBS) form new partnership.

Mulbarton Wanderers Football Club are delighted to announce a new partnership with Personal Best Soccer (PBS) which will see Mulbarton enter a new under 18 team into the Thurlow Nunn Floodlit league from this coming season.

With this announcement, Mulbarton Wanderers will have six adult teams for the 2018-19 season, including the new under 18s, Sunday, Veterans, A Team, Reserves and the First Team meaning the opportunity to participate in sport within the local community is greater than ever before.

Wanderers joint first team managers, Ben Thompson (pictured right) and Danny Self (pictured left) commented:

“This new partnership with PBS provides Mulbarton’s young footballers with the perfect platform to develop their footballing potential before hopefully progressing through to our first team. More importantly, the new under 18s team will ensure a clear pathway for our youth players into the adult setup.”

Personal Best Soccer’s Lee Perry (pictured central) commented:

“Personal Best Soccer are delighted to be working with Mulbarton Wanderers to help provide opportunities for local footballers to compete in the floodlit U18 Thurlow Nunn youth league.
We were really impressed with the set up and quality of the pitches. The chairman and committee have done a fantastic job over the past few years and it has a great feel of a community club. The environment created will allow players to feel that they have support from everyone involved including the first team managers who want to provide opportunities for young footballers to progress into the senior team.”

We are excited to begin this new venture together and this new partnership with PBS is another example of how far the club has progressed over the past two seasons both on and off the pitch.
